PRIVACY AND POLICY

 

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27 (GDPR), and other applicable legislation, with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the Seconds Contractors authorize their personal data collected, transmitted or processed by Azores Haven Hill to be incorporated into its database. This data is intended for administrative, statistical and presentation/disclosure processing of products and services sold. Azores Haven Hill undertakes, namely, not to copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, alter, delete, destroy, disclose or in any other way make available to third parties the personal data of Second Contractors to which it has had access within the scope of this contract, without having been expressly authorized to do so, undertaking to use them exclusively for the aforementioned purposes. It is further stated that, under the terms and for the purposes set out in articles 12 to 23 of the GDPR, the Ombudsman informed the Second Contractors and they became aware of their rights in relation to their personal data.
